All orders are processed on the day of purchase. If we have the fabric in stock, it will be dispatched within twenty four hours. If the fabric is stocked by one of our Australia suppliers, dispatch will be within 2-3 days. If your fabric is stocked overseas eta is approximately three weeks.
If we are notified of a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.
We use both Australia Post and courier service, depending on the size of your parcel and location. We will select the most economical method. Our checkout includes an average freight charge, however on rare occasion if you live in a remote location we may need to contact you with extra charge.
Shipping to PO Boxes
We can only use Australia Post for deliveries to Po Boxes. Couriers are not allowed to deliver to PO Boxes and require a residential or business address.
Damaged goods during delivery
We do package your fabric well to avoid transport damage, however if your parcel is received damaged please photograph the damage and email to email@example.com. We will replace damage fabric and claim from the shipment carrier.
International shipping policy

Custom duties and taxes
The Online fabric shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer.
